Theresa “Terri” Yeh is a professional clinical counseling trainee. She is supervised by Katherine Dennis, LMFT#93592.

Therapy is not about “fixing” yourself. It’s about having a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted as you learn new ways and gain the tools to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Whether you're a child dealing with big emotions, a teen facing stress or self-discovery, an adult navigating life transitions, a couple seeking a deeper connection, or a family working through challenges together, therapy can offer the guidance and tools you need to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.

I offer a warm, engaging, and deeply relational approach to therapy. When people feel safe being themselves without judgment, meaningful discoveries and change become possible. Together, we will create a space that fosters healing, growth, and resilience, with moments of lightness along the way.

In our work together, we may explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that feel overwhelming or keep you feeling “stuck,” while also identifying and strengthening the inner resources that can help you create lasting change.

I bring a rich, diverse background shaped by decades of experience serving people across corporate, nonprofit, ministry, crisis support, and care-focused settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families through life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges, personal growth, and seasons of healing. While I am currently a therapist-in-training, these experiences, combined with my clinical training, equip me with the compassion, perspective, and practical skills needed to support clients effectively. My clients value the depth of life experience, emotional insight, and relatable perspective I bring to the therapy space.

It’s a privilege to hear each person's story. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, stronger relationships, and a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and fulfilling.

For fun, relaxation, and self-care, I enjoy practicing yoga, exploring cuisines and new places, searching for the best New York–style pizza, and spending cozy moments with our adorable mini-labradoodle.
